Your New Life in Valencia,
Handled With Care
From your first visa appointment to the keys of your new home, we take care of every step of relocating to Valencia — so you can focus on actually living here.
Moving countries shouldn't mean losing weeks to paperwork.
Moving to a new country is exciting — and, at the same time, genuinely overwhelming. Between visa appointments, finding the right neighbourhood, registering with the local council and opening a bank account, it's easy to feel lost in a language and a system that aren't your own. Alongside our sworn translation services, we now offer a complete relocation and global mobility package, built specifically for people settling in Valencia.
Retirees
Thinking of spending your retirement in the Mediterranean sun? We help you navigate residency, healthcare and housing so you can settle in at your own pace.
Expats & Families
Relocating with a partner, children, or both? We coordinate housing, schooling and every administrative step so your whole family lands on its feet.
Digital Nomads
Working remotely from Valencia? We handle the visa, the paperwork and the practicalities, so you can get back to work — and to enjoying the city.
How We Help You Settle In
A complete, end-to-end relocation service — coordinated by one person, from your first enquiry to the day you feel at home.
Pre-Arrival Orientation & Advisory
Before you even land, we walk you through what to expect: neighbourhoods, cost of living, timelines and the documents you'll need — a clear roadmap tailored to your family's situation.
Visa & Residency Assistance
Non-lucrative visa, digital nomad visa, or another residency permit — we guide you through requirements and paperwork, and accompany you to appointments, including your TIE/NIE.
Home Search & Rental Support
We shortlist properties that match your budget and lifestyle, arrange viewings, and support you through contract review and signing — so you find a home, not just a house.
School Search & Family Settling-In
From international schools to local public options, we help you understand what's available, arrange visits, and support the enrolment process for your children.
Padrón & Local Registration
Registering with your local town hall (empadronamiento) is one of the first — and most important — steps in Spain. We take care of the paperwork and the appointment for you.
Bank Account Opening
We help you choose a bank that suits your needs and accompany you through the account-opening process, translating and explaining everything along the way.
Social Security & Health Card (SIP)
We guide you through registering with the Spanish healthcare system and obtaining your SIP card, so you and your family have access to healthcare from day one.
Sworn & Certified Translations
As an officially sworn translator appointed by Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I personally translate and certify every document your relocation requires — accepted by every Spanish authority.
Ongoing Concierge Support
Utilities, a local SIM card, your driving licence exchange, your tax ID (NIF) — the small tasks that take up so much time. We take them off your plate, for as long as you need us.

Who I Am
I'm Pepa Miravet, an officially sworn translator appointed by Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and I've spent over 20 years helping people navigate Spanish bureaucracy.
But my connection to this work is also personal. Over the years, I've lived abroad myself — in the United States, in Australia, and in Morocco — and I know first-hand what it feels like to arrive somewhere new: the paperwork that makes no sense at first, the systems that work differently than you expect, and the relief of finally having someone explain things clearly, in your own language.
That experience is exactly why I created this relocation service. I don't just translate your documents — I understand what you're going through, because I've been on the other side of the desk myself. My goal is simple: to make your move to Valencia as smooth, transparent and human as possible, from the very first phone call to the day you feel truly at home.
